Sperre AS and Eikeland Eiendom Invest AS has now started with the basic work of building the new Technology Park by Heddalalsvannet in Notodden. In step one the building will include 4500 m2 of workshop space and 3000 m2 production offices.
In addition to buildings and technical installations there will be test sites in the water for equipment and training of ROV crews.
The total area after the acquisition of Johnsrud & Voss AS, is more than 50,000 m2, and includes the Jet-station and Merdeveien 2 F.
Eight companies have written lease one year before moving in.
Construction is set to April 2010 and moving in November/December 2010.
